- Arranging for apostille certification of Singapore public documents at Singapore Academy of Law
- Arranging for documents to be legalised at relevant embassy or consulate
- Advising on formalities and requirements, if any
- Arranging for documents to be sent overseas via courier
Documents to bring
- For personal matters: original photo identification (passport, NRIC, FIN, driving licence)
- For company matters: Bizfile profile, board resolution authorising director to sign on company’s behalf, company constitution
- Where witnessing is required: the unsigned document(s) to be witnessed
- Original and photocopy of documents to be certified as true copies (If you need us to make photocopies on your behalf, our fees are S$1 per colour copy and S$0.30 per black and white copy. We reserve the right to levy an administrative fee for photocopying and scanning services for bound volumes or documents exceeding 10 pages.)
